The daily ice production of small tube ice machines ranges from 1 ton to 8 tons, mostly with single unit structures. The daily ice production of large tube ice machines can range from 10 tons to up to 60 tons, and they are mostly composite structures that require cooling towers.

The structure of the tube ice machine mainly includes several parts: evaporator, condenser, water storage tank, compressor, and liquid reservoir. Among them, the evaporator structure is the most complex, requires the highest precision, and is the most difficult to manufacture. Therefore, only a few large industrial ice maker companies internationally have the ability to develop and produce it.
